if any sales tax officer come to the dealer who does not maintain his accounts and dont have records for his annual sales then what are the penalties that he can levy even if the dealer does not have sales tax number.
penalty will be calculated on the sales figure claculated or assumed by the officer

He will exempted from payment of VAT if Annual Sales amount is less than 5,00,000 Rs with in AP and different States have different Annual slabs
