Could someone help me fill out Half yearly ST3 NIL return for immovable property. We did not exceed 10 lacs limit.
C1.Has the assessee availed benefit of any exemption notification (Y/N) ?
C2. If reply to column C1 is yes please furnish notificaiton Nos. ?
Do I need to fill out amounts in these columns?
F (1) Service tax payable, against service provided etc, even though income did not cross 10 lacs?
Also we have paid for the first 2 quarters in anticipation that the tenant would continue. But he vacated in Sept 09.
