Saving for which deduction under sec. 80 C are allowed , when these saving become matured or received ????

Not now as on dates.
the concept of EET, is jus under considertaion, but not become law yet .
but from 1.4.11 for sure, thats is the gigher slab is made 25,00,000 and above.
