Hi,

I have a doubt regarding filing IT return after the due date wht will happen in the following circumstances 1) if TDS deducted? & refund to be received? is there any penaly to be paid? 2) If anyone wants to file normal IT return without any tax payment ?

Ya you can file the return if refund case, no penalty for that and you can file if you dont have tax payment also. if you tax liability then you shold add interest U/S 234A for tax amt and you can file the returns, if you have tax liability 5k then you have to add 234 b and c interest too for tax amt......upto march 2010 you can file your returns.....
