as per ICAI notification in Nov.2007 PCC exam --services is not asked in exam but this same is applicable in Nov.2008 or not ???????????????

Don't neglet services tax & VAt part in taxation papers bcause it's covers 25 marks so just try learn bacic concepts of services tax & VAT i don't think they will ask Practical quesetion rather than theory part but be prepare for that also.
