where the DD should be payable for ca final registration? mumbai or delhi? i m from western region. where it is to be submited? mumbai or delhi?

To Delhi,
I am in final now, i have never drawn a DD payable at mumbai to ICAI, I am from Southern region though.
where should i submit the reg form??

Form must be send with DD and duely attestation to the Regional office of the Respective region...
