Actully my doubt is how to convert input materail into finished stock. suppoose 5 input A,B,C,D,E incurred for amnufacturing a Finshed product X then how i shuld enter this ???????????

You need to pass an entry in stock journal (in inventory vouchers).
Source (consumption) will be your raw material and destination (production) will be your final product.
