According to me, u should give all the 4 groups. Dont assess the past, go and read only Guidlines of past 4/5 papers along with the summary notes at the end of each chapters. Thats enough to clear all 4 group (aggregrate is always there).

That I am not !!!!!!!but i can give my Views, These are all superstitions that giving some Groups together will never Clear !!!!!!!!! You can opt for any combination of Groups !!!!!!!!!! Don't be Biased at all...Choose Freely Your Combination of Groups on your own

But Remember One thing that Ca Cs and Cwa are Professional Exams and you can not go on writing the answers in exam like any other academic exam (B.com M.com and LL.b)

You used these words in your query that " Pata nahi kanha Kami reh jati hai"

The Lack is certainly in Writing and presenting the answer in Exams!! Almost 90 % of students Lack in Presentation only (I mean the writing skills...)

Well, by " Writing Skill" I never mean hand writing.. it , just simply, means the" WAY WE WRITE" in Exam..

just follow the way of writing given in the link  above and also enrich your answer with good words...That's all !

I repeat Here the Way !!!!!!!!!!!!Suppose I give you a Question:-

Q X Ltd. Wants to Change it's Registered Office from From Mumbai (Maharashtra) to Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) is it permissible in Law?, If Yes, Give procedure. (4 marks)  

How will you answer this question?

As you may see the above question in Exam ...you may Straight way start writing it " YES it is permissible " and start writing the other Provision and Procedure !!!Avoid this Practice Giving Conclusions of YES or NO at First. What you Should do is to  classify your answer in following Three Paras:- 

First Write down the Provision 

Second Then See this Provision is Applicable on the given situation or Not

Third  If, Applicable Then in Last Para you can give Your Conclusion YES or No. Use company's name Persons name Facts name given in sum in last Para

Let Checker give a chance to read your Answer !! if you write YES or No at First he/she may not check it because you gave your Conclusion at first...

This is the way you should/Must write in exams !!!!! Even in Practical papers...You should add up in your writing Skills  

Also Look at the Language of Above question is If Yes, Write down the Procedure. when you see these kind of words the chances of answer being in  positive Increases(It means it may be permissible in Law the that’s why question asked you if Yes…, )
