in problematic questions, it will be better if we quote proper notes relating to provisions.

 

In exams first read the entire question paper carefully and find the easiest question to attempt first it will give u confidence and boost u. Carefully read and understand the requirement of problem then answer the same. While answering be brief and start with provision of Law or Act,and try to mention Section number whereever possible. Try to mention all assumption of answer u are writing. As per my opinion u should start with theory part. Write Neat and Clean and use simple and Comprehensive sentence. Always remeber do not attempt first question of any paper.Leave it for last or at any time mid of paper. Always give attention on presentation on answer and quote example/case studies/Digrammatic presentation whereever is possible or scope in answer.
