My query is :-
We are purchasing from outside our state but selling only within the state and shall be having Gross Sales less than 20 lacs in the year. Now are we require to register under GST ?

without gst no you can't buy from outside

but the transporters are not ready to ship, they are saying we cant presume that u r under 20lac criteria and so we need gst no. of both the parties else we wont be supplying?? in this case??
Transporter arr forcing because if both parties are unregister then they have to pay tax.

one more ques, and if the seller is registered and not the buyer then?? do transporters shall again demand gst from seller?
Yes. Seller will pay GST under RCM.
