I complited my articleship on oct 2010.but could't complited pcc till. In my articleship i learn only bank audits.shuld i learn more work by paid employee.when i join that in pcc or final ?

You chose you wanna learn work first or be CA first? You can even learn work even after becoming a CA.
Is that you just want to learn work? Being CA is not a concern or, If you can manage time between working and studying (it would be even tougher than articleship + studies), sure go ahead with learning work.
