Read prof ethics, SA and some regular company law sections at least u will pass.
if not prepared do not read director sections.

for DT you have no other option except to read summary module and hand made notes.
And surely refer the case law of ICAI or past year question paper of VG gupta Sir book at the end for better understanding.
