It is a resource smoothing Problem, where by a time scaled diagram needs to be drawn, for evaluating the resource allocation optimally.

Bhavik I don't know how should I proceed as I could not find the relevant data for solving through crashing. What is the data given in table about labourers???

no its not labourers.

some is asking about to rearrange the activity by taking in to mind labour as well as carpenters, so we ave to focus on activities that how we can reduce labourer as well as carpenters.
