dear all im a ca final student from hyderabad n completed articles in may 2011 n decided to quit CA becus i need to support my family, from than im trying for a job but unfortunately no mnc is hiring ca final guys inspite of clearing all arounds and telling them im quiting ca n i want to start my career as i pursued ca after my graduation, the only reason for them rejecting me is im a ca student . Other companies want experience persons and as far as ca firms are concern some of them not hiring ca final guys becus of exam issues and other r paying very less which is not sufficient for those who got financial constraints like me. If im removing ca inter n articleship duration there is huge gap after my graduation which i cannot justify it in interview saying " i used to take care of family business n bla bla". but there's no problem for those students who joined ca during pursuing graduation but for those like me who pursued n not able to clear n want to quit n start a career there is no life for ca final guys becus employer not considering ca articleship exp.,. struggling for so many yrs pays me nothing, all my graduation friends r earning min 6lac p.a who opted job after graduation some on increment basis some on performance. There's life only for qualified and they too r getting less packages n some r still job less and institute doesnt care about this. I lost faith in my self as i become burden on my family. Similar situation are faced my ca pals who opted ca after graduation. Its been more than yr for me being jobless, stopped meeting friends , going outside. and there r severe problems im facing which i can't tell you all. All i'm pleading is treat ca final guys as mba or pg guys, all ca final students cant continue pursuiing ca. All ppl like me need job to makeup there life and financialy support their family. Pls anyone of the members helpout finding a good job for ppl like me by providing a good platform where semi qualified can interact with employers becus i tried all ways job portals which hv become commercials restricting profiles of free job seekers approaching employers, ca clubindia, consultancies, icai.org. Pls all members share any opportunities in their org. with other members in forum. Hope some day there r good opportunities for ca final students.
