Please suggest any additional reading material / help books for the subjects related to ICWAI inter group I. Please suggest good authored books. Subjects which are as follows:

1) Commercial & Industrial Laws & Auditing

2) Financial Accounting

3) Income Tax

This is related to the apperance for the Dec 11 exams. Please help.

Thanks Parmod.. But for teh commercial Industrial Laws and Augiting.. there wwere certain question in the book that were unanswered y the study material.. like promissionary note ,Hundi, etc.
