10 October 2012Hey everyone. I got all India 36th rank in IPCE - May 2012 but Im finding it difficult to find a good firm. Every where I go they ask for reference. I am getting really tensed. I would be grateful if anyone could help me!!

Try posting your Resume to Mediocre Firms
They do recruit Trainees without Reference as well..
