can ny1 tel me that in nov 09 pcc exams, whether new ammendments regarding income tax,service tax will be applicable? or Institute may ask in theory abt new ammendments to check our knowledge..?

yes changes upto 30th april 09 will be incorporated in RTP for NOv 09
