Can excess of education cell and HC, can that be adjusted against service tax liabilty of July-Sep.
If yes, how to pass entry in ST 3 please.

No you cannot adjust. Ec n shec shld be adjusted against ec and shec

But in future there is no EC n HC... so this excess goes off!???
