I m on Dummy Articleship but working with another CA Firm. Can any body makes a complaint against me in the institute. If yes then how can it be made? Pls tell me if any body aware of this thing. Is registration No is necessary for makin a complaint. pls reply me as soon as possible.

Yes, a complaint can be filed against you and your employer too. Whether it requires a registration number or not is irrelvent. It would be good for you to either transfer to the firm where you are working or get yourself placed on secondment basis.
Yes there is chance to file a complaint against U and ur employer
these days , the institute is taking very serious action against dummy articles. so please join the firm from which u hav taken dummy.
