This is common problem with MCA Website, nothing to worry about. Just keep checking the Track Payment Status & Track Transaction Status.

If your form is not approved, then after 3-4 working days the amount will be refunded to the account. Then do the filing again.

3 months have been passed but no refund has been credited to my account yet..even no one is picking up the call at MCA Help desk whose contact no. are provided on MCA Website.No reply of e-mail..

Else u can visit ROC office personally & sort it out.

please only use internet explorer while aking payments in MCA to minimize the payment processing errors.

It is common if you are processing payment on Mozilla Firefox.
