How much amt to be disallowed if TDS for rent has not been deducted for the fy 09-10 and it has been found out during the audit now.

Hey I think the whole amount of allowance for the AY 2009-10 should now be disallowed.
since tds is not dedcuted the whole sum will be disallowed
