I have not at all prepared for maths and stats but my a/c, law n eco is good ....will i be able to pass cpt without any difficulty....I heard that now we have to score minimum 30 percent in each subject and aggregate 50 percent...Please reply

Dear Anuja,
You have to study each and every subject. Regarding the Pass percentage it is just a proposal by ICAI.

you can get through don't lose your confidence.. just focus and prepare, try to study stats and those theories..

I think math and stat is a scoring subject better to prepare it from a good book or take help of your teacher and elders

The amendment is not at all applicable for Dec'10 CPT,so be relax and prepare for the best to perform in the exam.

just try to complete a few chapters from Maths.......it will help you a lot & will enhance your confidence level also.

WHat U hav heard is correct..
but it will be applicable from June-2011 Exams..
So, be cool and refer easy chapters in MAths and Stats..
Atleast they will fetch u more than 15 marks...
Study as if there is no Tomorrow..!!
