sir, actually it is an hoax message everyone are getting in their mails. Just search in google. He is no way connected to Margaret Hello. The use of hello as a telephone greeting has been credited to Thomas Edison; according to one source, he expressed his surprise with a misheard Hullo

I think u r right on the basis of answer in wikipedia, but the below link and on rediff website show the posting as mentioned below.
