I have some doubts regarding DEBIT NOTE.
1. Buyer can issue a debit note (if seller is ready to accept it) and show it on GSTR 2?
2. How to issue a debit note to GTA for rate difference when GTA is registered (Paying gst on Rcm basis)
Any expert reply please.
