has anyone tried to download exam forms??

The link given by the institute does not seem to be working, there ae erors and it does not allow to select the exam i want to take....has anyone downloaded the examination form and faced a similar problem?i need the e version as am in australia now and need to fill it up on time so that i can despatch it back, :(
