In my opinion, hard work helps us just to sustain in the field, but only the smart work helps us to grow and also get recognized in the field.
Some examples of difference between “Hardwork & Smartwork”
Example:1
Hope you all remember that recently a pilot landed the flight on the river with 160 passengers and 10 staffs as the tyres of the flight got struck and didn’t come out.
What happened? Every one appreciated his efforts, all TV channels flaashed the news about the pilot’s clever efforts, photos flaashed, interviews taken, rewards given etc etc. :)
Here we need to note that the same pilot was landing the flight on the runway for the past 20 years. But he was not appreciated or rewarded by any one on those days :(
Example-2
Hard work: Climb up the mountain with the help of rope.
Smart work: Jump down with the help of rope from a helicopter
Example-3
Remember the story of lord Ganesha and Muruga. When they were fighting for a fruit, their parents put a competition to them that who would around the world first can make this fruit as their own. Immediately muruga got started to fly hardly. But what Ganesha did was, just he walked around his parents(equivalent to round the world) and got the fruit very smartly.
So, let's do all our work smartly and cleverly.
