Thanks for the detailed and useful information Akhil Gupta.And personally agree with not feeding milks to snake..People feeds cobras and other snake putting their own and snakes life in danger.Nag Panchami is just to show respect to the snake mentioned in the ancient sacred Hindu scripttures..So I think people should celebrate Nag Panchami Festival in some limit and protect the snakes..And happy Nag Panchami 2011
