How many times you have come across a qualified report from a chartered accountant ?

He tries his best to give a clean report after a lot of discussion with the client and resolving his audit queries.

It is really very unfortunate that a qualified report is not considered good when deilvered by a qualified chartered accountant. ( Humour ).
