Happy CA day to all fellow members of the #ICAI all students who are pursuing this esteemed career...few things i noticed after completion of my one year as a member 1. Becoming a CA is NOT a key to success..but the toil and hardwork everyone does during the journey makes us someone else from what we started. So that hardwork is what is needed to be successful 2. You being a CA are no better than any one as a person, whether anyone is a b.com graduate or even a secondary student. Everyone deserves their respect and a degree cannot make anyone better off than others. 3. The pressure and everything we guys handle during internship and cyclical tuitions is enormous and best in class. So no CA or a CA aspirant should EVER under estimate themselves 4. For 4 years(or more) we are taught to go out there and clear the exams. But not a single person tells us what to do after that..either the big fours or some industry job..is that what we expected when we started this prestigious degree...maybe not...is that what makes CA amazing...we CA students are extraordinary creatures who have seen the most horrible faces of life in the most delicate of our age so is this our only aspiration to get a job...it can be...but can we not do something which is bit different than the normal course on which a chartered is expected to go..#ICAI shall look into the same urgently nd by the looks of things its happening too. 5. Keeping it short, the most important thing. There is a myth that flows among everyone that after CA life is amazing and during the duration of the course we have to be conscious about everything , be sincere and one ridiculous thing that a person cannot enjoy their life when he is studying for a Chartered degree. But the age of 17-25 which we SACRIFICE for our degree, worth it?...maybe yes.. Hardwork is inevitable but that does not mean that we can just forget everything and all the little things in life which really matter...our family friends, relatives who never demand anything but u can be a little selfish nd give some of ur time for ur own happiness. Choosing CA as a career was the best thing that happened to me. Happy CA day and wishing everyone best of luck for their personal and professional life.
