For law i'm 100% sure to go for Munish Bhandari.

As far as hand book and text book is concerned for example for Munish Bhandari that i have been using the textbook is the actual book and the handbook is the summarised form of that textbook which usually runs for a 1000 pages, the textbook is summarised jist for a little over 400 pages.

The Handbook is short and before exams it is the best for revision, it presents texts in boxes and in short to the point notes. You can refer to as the readymade notes copy.I had used the same for my PCC exams by Munish Bhandari.

Its better to take both because in no case would you get the time to revise from the textbook again before exams.

for Audit, even i'm a bit confused.

Piyush, yeah as Sneha said, handbook is just a concise version of the main book. Assuming your exam is in or after November 2012, I suggest go for Munish Bhandari's main book for chapters like directors, SEBI guidelines, FEMA Act, inter-corporate loans, etc. And you can refer to the hand book for a few chapters like sole selling agent, producer companies, SARFAESI Act, money laundering, Banking Act, and a few other small chapters.

Sneha, for audit I recommend go for Padhuka if you have lots of time, otherwise go for Surbhi Bansal, which is good for quick and easy understanding of the subject, while Padhuka is presented in a very elaborate manner. For exam purpose, both are efficient, but stick to ANY ONE book. Don't refer to multiple books for any subject.
