CAN WE STILL FILE RETURN ON ITR4 BY DOWNLOADING IT, TAKING PRINT AND THE FILLING IT BY HAND?

In case of Companies and Firms requiring tax audit, the return is compulsarily needed to be in electronic form.. For rest categories, the hand written form will be valid till e filing is not made compulsary..
