please explain applicability of GST on hammali or unloading loading.

if the service provider is URD then receiver has to pay GST?

Yes. Receiver also pay tax under RCM.

If you under Rs 5000/- limit in a day, no need to pay RCM on this

Above said question is "No logical"...!
If tax free goods then we don't want pay loading & unloading charges to Hammali...?
