is it possible for employee to get both h.r.a as well as c.l.a..or only one can b taken

HRA is an allowance whereas CLA is a Perquisite.
If the employer has provided CLA then the perquisite value will be added to the employee's income and at the same time he can claim HRA if his family staying somewhere else.
