Ist party not will get any H Form From You he will demond hull CST & Interest on that material
you will also sale that material on vat. material cost will automaticly hike.

But if my client get a buyer who is ready to issue form H because he want to sale it through export only then vat & interst on vat can avoided by my client?

Form H : When we Purchase or sale goods outside our country
then we have to give form H. When we pur goods against H- form then we can not sale goods in same locally.

If First party not obtained H Form from the buyer the Seller have to pay the cst with hike rate but basically if buyer not sale goods in overseas market then buyer cant receive the H Form from Sale Tax dep.
To Receive the H Form Buyer have to show the Purchase order from Overseas market, Bill of Lading & Shipping Bills
