We are purchasing the material from the Supplier and exporting the goods for the same. Is it necessary to issue the 'H' form for the same. if we dont want to issue the same. what criteria has to be fullfilled. As there is no VAT on Exports. Pls explain.

If you dont want to issue H Form to your supplier, you have to paid appropriate tax on your bill.
H Form to be issue for exemption of Purchase tax when material is using for Export.
