if unable to get admission in regular Du should I go for SOL(Du), IP UNIVERSITY or IGNOU? ?

IP univeristy is pretty good. Jamia milia and amity and jnu are also decent options Ignou should be your last option

Yes i have friends from ip university.

it has decent placement and good campus.

better than the others.
