credit of tds can b taken for only 2 years... i m sorry i m not hving any reference of circular.... bt i hv read it somewhare n hv also applied....

Yes, it can be claimed u/s 155(1) (i guess the right one for rectification), only if the TDS certificate is presented to the A.O. within two years of the filing of return.
