Guidance required on export of rice & import of fruits

There is no incentives viz duty drawback for export of rice but incentives are available for maize

But if your performance in export is good Goverment may give you subvention of Interest in your packing credit acount

There are more incentives schemes apart from interest subvention, depending on the country of export and export turnover. You may not be get the benefit on shipment basis but on a total exports during the year. The basic procedure you have to follow is, to inform your shipping agent not to generate 'free shipping bills', which will not help you in getting the incentives later.
