GTA under GST
what are the obligations of GTA, transporter, under GST if he was unregistered under the existing law

there is no requirement for them . . . only if he provides services to individual which exceeds 20lakhs then he has to take registration. . .
for calculation of turnover, do we consider only the commission or all freight charges paid to truck owners by the transporter ?
