registered transporter collecting amount excluding gst tax and also mentioned in receipt "we are not liable for gst".hence who is liable to pay the amount of gst.
eg.transporter collected amount 1000,gst not mentioned.
then who is liable to pay the gst on rs 1000.
or recipient should only pay the rcm at 5%.

Who is liable to pay the gst on rs 1000.

Whether gst has to be paid,since the gta only collected the amount excluding gst.

GTA will collect only the Bill value. It's mean without GST
