Gta is registered under gst and is charging gst, should I also pay gst under rcm?

if you are one of the notified persons liable to pay under reverse charge then gta will not charge gst from you and you will have to pay gst on reverse charge
GTA service is notified service, the liability is on the notified person, transporter cannot charge GST from you....
