what is diff btween gta outward and inward?

Outward and inward is related to transport service used for bringing in the matarials to factory and sending out the goods from factory.
in excise rules the valuation is done at factory gate or at place of removal ( depot) and the gta services beyond the place of removal are not eligible for input credit.
