Gta reverse charge

I am situated in haryana and purchased goods from jodhpur, goods are sent through gta regd in jodhpur. Amount on consignment note is > 20k
I need to pay gst on reverse charge for this amount.

1. Igst or cgst/sgst will be payable? .

2. Where to show this entry in gstr 3b?

3. Itc for gst paid is available or not ?
