In Transport bill supplier mentioned 5% Gst.
It is coming under RCM. Or directly input taken this bill.
pls suggest me.

If supplier mentioned 5% gst on freight than you can't take ITC for this if you want to take ITC then convince supplier to charge 12% or 18% gst on frieght
1st pay tax to goverment then take credit as it is rcm
It's only mentioned on transport bill, GTA is comes under RCM.
Are you paid to transporter amount without GST or with GST of 5% ?

Pay 5% GST on RCM and take ITC of the same.
