freight paid to interstate gta (unregistered) by dealer (registered)....
is it liable for reverse charges.??
please answer in light of 22nd council meeting notification.. where supply from unreg. person u/s 9(4) is free from reverse charges

yes reverse charges is applicable GTA service come under section 9(3) of Gst act
