RCM ON GTA PAID AND CLAIM ITC AND HOW THAT AMOUNT TREAT IN HSN WISE SUMMARY??
AND ALSO THAT INCLUDE IN INPUT SERVICES OF GSTR 9 , COLUMN 6 B???

Since this is Input service please note that the instruction to GSTR9 requires to declare only those input services which crosses 10% of total expenditure.
So you have to declare in HSN only if it exceeds 10% of your total expenditure.
Declare it under Table 6C if received from unregn GTA or under 6D if received from Reg GTA

As per Press release on 3/7/2019 by CBIC , it's not mandatory to provide HSN wise summary in GSTr 9

@ pankaj sir : Hope you are referring to point 'e' of press release. The said para requires to report wherever details are available. There is no blanket waiver given.
