GTA 5% RCM paid, this GTA Credit taken or not....?
same we have paid 12% GTA, this credit avail or not.....?

5% not ITC credit, 12% credit possible,
GST Paid by the GTA Registered Dealer @ 5% cannot avail ITC. But, if he pay GST @ 12%, then ITC can be availed.
If the service receiver pays GST (on RCM basis) @ 5%, then ITC can be availed.
