Is it possible to avail ITC in terms of Reverse charge paid on GTA?

You can take credit on trnasportation used up to place of removal

earlier almost service tax paid by consignee nd he was talking credit on it. but now under GST who has gst number & issue way bill of service like GR/ BILTY or any supply then it makes his liability to pay tax on removel . in this condition, the transporter is registered under gst, how will he deposit the tax. and how can we take credit ?
