I am purchasing materials from raipur. i am based in Maharashtra. now the transporter is registered in raipur. i want to claim rcm. should i pay in igst or c/s-gst.
note - purchaser, seller and transporter all are registered under gst

if GTA is issuing consignment note having his GST number of chattishgarh state , then you should pay IGST as RCM. it is my view.
