I have some following doubt regarding Service Tax and Input credit, please healp me to sort out problem.
1. Service Tax officer says that we can not utilised cenvat credit for the payment of GTA (Consignee/Consigner). Should we pay service tax on GTA (consignee/consigner) through CENVAT Credit ? [if any notification]
2. Should we take cenvat credit on director's telephone bill paid by the company. [if any notification]

GTA should nor be paid through Cenvat.
However, the amount of GTA paid is available as cenvat.
Yes, director telephone is an input service and credit is available.

GTA liable to pay tax on 25% of services provided during FY and no CENVAT available.

however sir you are requested to update me that can we take cenvat of service tax paid on freigh outward as a consinee/consiner
